In collaboration with several European institutions, the IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC) and Accelerating Impact of CGIAR Climate Research for Africa (AICCRA) is offering regional WRF-Hydro training as part of the CONFER project’s capacity-building efforts in East Africa.
